Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and PT ANVAJIVA CAHAYA SEMESTA, a company registered in Indonesia (Jl. Pantai Kedungu, Banjar Antugan, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia), who runs ANVAJIVA Circle. By starting your free week you accept them.

Your health comes first

ANVAJIVA Circle offers movement, breathwork, meditation and journaling. It is not medical or psychological care, and nothing in it replaces advice from a doctor or therapist.

Talk to your doctor before you start if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, an injury or any other health concern. Breathwork can make you feel dizzy, so practice sitting or lying down in a safe place, and never while driving or in water.

Listen to your body. Rest or stop whenever something hurts or feels wrong. You choose what you do in each class, and you practice at your own risk.

If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please contact your local emergency services. The app and the journal are not monitored for this.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over, and you need your own Telegram account. Your membership is for you alone, so please do not share your access, your class links or your login.

What you get

Your membership includes live classes, recordings of those classes, the daily habit tracker, the private journal and the private group in Telegram. The class schedule can change, and we may improve or replace parts of the membership over time.

Free week and payment

You get 7 days free. Your first payment is taken when the free week ends, and then every month on the same date, until you cancel. The free week is given once per Telegram account.

Founding members pay $29 a month for as long as they stay. New members pay $39 a month. The founding price does not change.

If a payment fails, we let you know and your access stays open for 5 more days while you fix it. After that, your access pauses until the payment goes through.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] before your next payment date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The refund policy has the full details.

Some countries give consumers extra rights, such as the right to withdraw from an online purchase. Before you go to payment, we ask you to confirm that you want access to start straight away, and that this may affect that right. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.

Respect in the circle

Treat other members with care. What people share in the group and in classes stays there. Harassment, hate, spam and selling to other members are not allowed.

If someone breaks these rules or these terms, we may remove them from the group or close their access. For serious breaches we may do this without a refund.

Classes and content

The classes, recordings and materials belong to ANVAJIVA and Andy, and are for your personal practice. Please do not copy, share, sell or publish them.

Classes are recorded and shared with members. The privacy policy explains how recording works and how we treat your data.

Telegram, Zoom and payment providers

The membership runs on services we do not own, including Telegram and Zoom, and your payments go through our payment providers. Each has its own terms. If one of them has an outage, parts of the membership may stop working for a while. We will do our best to keep things running, but we cannot promise that they never stop.

Our responsibility

We provide ANVAJIVA Circle with care, and we cannot promise any particular result. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.

Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in Telegram or by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country you live in.
