This page explains what we keep about you, why, and how to have it deleted. Your journal is private, and we never sell your data.

ANVAJIVA Circle is run by PT ANVAJIVA CAHAYA SEMESTA, a company registered in Indonesia, Jl. Pantai Kedungu, Banjar Antugan, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we keep

• Telegram: your user id, first name, username and the time zone you choose.
• Email: the address on your subscription.
• Waitlist: the email you leave before the Circle opens, the date and your country. We use it only to tell you when the Circle opens, and delete it on request.
• Membership: your plan, price, subscription status and payment dates.
• Practice: your journal entries, habit ticks and settings.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or to our support account.

What we use it for

We use your data to open your access, run the app, send your reminders and answer you. We email you only about your access and your membership, never marketing.

We process this data because we need it to give you the membership you signed up for, and to keep our accounts and meet our legal duties.

Your journal

Only you can read your journal in the app. Andy and the team do not see it, and it never appears in our logs, statistics or admin screens.

Entries are encrypted before they are stored. The key is kept in our server settings, so someone with access to those settings could technically decrypt them. We tell you this so that you know exactly how it works: this is not end-to-end encryption.

You can download your entries or delete them at any time in the Membership screen. Deleted entries are really gone. Habit ticks are stored without encryption.

Live classes and recordings

Live classes are recorded and added to the library for members. We record the active speaker, which is usually Andy. You can keep your camera off. If you speak in a class, your voice may be in the recording.

The private group

Other members can see what you post in the group, along with your Telegram name. Telegram handles those messages under its own privacy policy.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our hosting provider may keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe.

Who helps us

These companies handle data for us, each only for its own job:

• PayPal and Xendit take your payments and run your subscription. Your card details go to them, not to us.
• Telegram runs the app, the bot and the private group.
• Zoom runs the live classes and records them.
• Bunny stores and plays the class recordings.
• Supabase hosts our database.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and the app.
• Brevo sends our emails.
• Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this website, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.

Some of them work from other countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. We share data only with these companies, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

After your access closes, we keep your journal, habit history and settings for 6 months, so that everything is still there if you come back. Then we delete them. We send you a reminder 2 weeks before.

We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email [email protected]. Payment records stay for as long as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to how we use your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

ANVAJIVA Circle is for adults aged 18 and over.

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will tell you in Telegram or by email and update the date above.
